The agreement for using AI eBook Pro

Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of AI eBook Pro. The operator's legal name must be configured before the service accepts public paid orders. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Who may use AI eBook Pro

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age required to enter a contract where you live. You are responsible for your account credentials and activity.

Your content and generated output

You retain your rights in content you submit. As between you and the operator of AI eBook Pro, you may use, edit and commercially publish generated output to the extent permitted by applicable law and the relevant AI provider terms. AI output may not be unique or eligible for intellectual property protection in every country.

Your responsibility as publisher

You must review and edit output before publishing it. AI eBook Pro does not guarantee factual accuracy, originality, marketplace acceptance, sales or income. You are responsible for permissions, citations, disclosures and compliance with the rules of any store or platform you use.

Acceptable use

Do not use AI eBook Pro to violate law or another person's rights, create deceptive or harmful content, distribute malware, abuse provider services, bypass credit controls or interfere with the service.

Purchases and credits

AI eBook Pro sells one-time book unlocks and credit packs at the price and in the currency shown before payment. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or recurring charge. A purchase is complete only after the card processor confirms payment. The book access and credits shown in the selected offer are then applied to the signed-in account.

Credits are usage units, have no cash value, may not be transferred and do not expire. Credits are used only for the actions and at the rates shown in AI eBook Pro. A failed provider request does not consume credits, although completed work from a partly successful request may do so where the interface disclosed that unit price.

Receipts, tax invoices and payment support

AI eBook Pro keeps a payment record in Billing & credits. An ordinary payment record or card receipt confirms a purchase; it is not represented as a tax invoice. AI eBook Pro does not currently collect the buyer identity, address and tax details needed to issue a tax invoice.

Refund rights can depend on where you live and on whether digital work or credits have already been supplied. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. A payment-support contact and refund process must be configured before the service accepts public paid orders.

Service availability

The service depends on third-party AI providers and may be interrupted or changed. Failed provider requests do not consume credits, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or threaten the service.

Liability

AI eBook Pro is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of AI eBook Pro is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or decisions made from generated content. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Contact and changes

Operator contact details and the governing jurisdiction must be configured before paid public launch. We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be communicated when appropriate.
